Today, Tuesday (1/25/2022), the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Al-Ameed University organized a training workshop entitled (Effective Communication and Communication Skills) targeting staff working in the Campus Information Division, presented by the Director of the Counseling Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassanein Adnan Al-Moussawi and the mentor Pedagogical Lect. M. Zilal Faeq Al-Zubaidi, which was held in the small group hall in the center of the university. The axes of the workshop included introducing communication and communication skills between individuals, especially those who work in institutions and universities, as well as reaching the greatest effectiveness to complete the communication process, receive visiting individuals and group students when they enter the university campus, in addition to addressing the most appropriate means and methods for dealing and communicating with everyone as they are the first front of the university. .
